General Process Flow
The workflow for these processes varies from client to client. We tailor the workflow based on the needs of the individual client, by analyzing the client’s product samples (e.g. H-1B employer’s letter, USCIS cover letters, etc.), so that we may be able to adapt to their style of work. Our company aims to be very flexible and work hard to customize our workflow & procedure to the client’s approach of working. The relevant tasks are assigned to our staff during the client’s workday in the US, and we as the service provider, being located in India, start working when our client ends his day in the US. When the client returns the next morning his cases are completed and waiting for final approval. Our clients usually transfer the data directly from the alien/beneficiary to us without having to organize it. For example, the client can give copies of the passport and other documents, and we review them and organize the documents to effectively complete the forms and letters. Several clients make us communicate directly with the aliens/beneficiary to collect all the necessary documents. Depending on client preference we create specific e-mail ID’s to communicate with the aliens. We also provide our clients or the aliens/beneficiary directly with editable MS Word Questionnaires and Checklists for each case type making their information gathering process easier. ASI staff work on our client’s immigration software e.g. Law Logix, INS Zoom, Immigrant Pro. We log onto their systems, process the cases and save all the data in the system. Notes can be made about these tasks in the same client log, which are available to both parties and include all actions and interactions with the alien in the log so everyone involved with the case can keep track of exactly what has been done. Some clients prefer to fax, e-mail or mail us the information pertinent to their case. Upon receipt of the required information we prepare the necessary forms, support letter, and cover letters and e-mail the client back using an editable format for the clients review and signature. All forms are e-mailed in editable PDF (Acrobat) file format, and the letters are sent as MS Word or WordPerfect documents.
